That’s why I created my in-depth Birth Empowerment Coaching program, which educates and empowers women and couples to embrace a positive, natural childbirth experience. As your pregnancy coach, I won’t tell you what you should or shouldn’t do; rather, my role is to work with you to determine the birth process that will work best for you and then provide relevant information and motivating encouragement to help you reach your goals.

What is Birth Empowerment Coaching?

Birth Empowerment Coaching is a process that enables a woman to transform her birth experience and ultimately her life, by consciously choosing and creating based on her values & priorities, exploring her options, preparing her mind and body and stepping into her true power as a woman.

I work one-on-one and in groups with participants in my 8-week pregnancy coaching program, together we explore a different pregnancy and birth topic each week, including:

• Examining your own ideals and determine your priorities for your birth experience
• Learning  various childbirth options
• Creating a unique birth plan that feels comfortable to you
• Overcoming your fears about giving birth
• Discovering ways to nourish your body and soul throughout your pregnancy
• Gaining useful tools and resources to help you achieve a positive birth experience
