The series is 8 Weeks plus a bonus Childbirth Class

Workshops: Creating a Positive Image of Birth- In this half-day experiential workshop participants will create a positive image of birth through a variety of activities, discussions and personal awareness. We use birth art, affirmations, video, story telling, and other modalities to inspire the creative forces within to uncover your inner knowing and truly become empowered in birth and in life.
